AI Lab: prototype and validate your AI agents in sprints

An applied research showcase for testing generative AI on demanding, real-world use cases.

Discover concrete AI agents based on real cases

See how we move from prototype to deployed solution

Identify agent ideas applicable to your business

Innovate with less risk: we prototype in our environments, not yours

We test on demanding cases in a controlled environment. What we learn here directly benefits your projects.

Prototype in our environments, not on your production systems

Test robustness on demanding cases before client deployment

Examples of custom generative AI solutions

Beyond the light

A companion application based on ChatGPT to facilitate exchanges with visually impaired and blind people. Voice interaction, braille support, web search and data analysis, to access information despite visual limitations.

A real recommendation, posted spontaneously on LinkedIn.

A companion to ensure the reliability of your critical deliverables

A review assistant dedicated to project and portfolio management documents. The agent does more than proofread: it checks consistency, dependencies and implicit risks based on a defined business corpus.

Detection of unclear or inconsistent areas in deliverables

Structured improvement suggestions, ready to apply

Testbed for quality and internal compliance AI assistants

Prototypes born from real business constraints

Examples of AI agent prototypes developed in our lab

Every lab prototype addresses a concrete problem, not a technical demonstration. Here are three examples developed and tested by vbch.

Voice Assistant for the Visually Impaired
“Beyond the light”

An AI agent designed to make information accessible to visually impaired or blind people. It works in voice mode, reads content on demand and converts texts into braille (Grade 1 and Grade 2). The goal: access complex information without adapting every existing interface.

Steps to create an accessible ChatGPT voice assistant.

Use cases that prepare your future AI agents

The lab regularly welcomes new prototypes, always guided by the same principles: clear business value, data control and the possibility of scaling.

Regulatory document analysis

Analysis agents on an internal regulatory corpus, for sectors where document compliance is critical.

Structuring business knowledge

Tools to map and make accessible business knowledge scattered across the organization.

Questions we are asked about the lab

Are prototypes deployed as-is with clients?

No. Each client project has its own dedicated scoping. Prototypes serve as a basis for reflection and demonstration, never as ready-to-use solutions.

Can I have a specific prototype developed for my organization?

Yes, provided it is part of a structured approach: business scoping, a clear objective, a budget suited to the innovation framework and a possible transition toward a deployed solution.

Is real data from my company used in the lab?

Only if this has been contractually agreed, with a clear security framework. Otherwise, we use generic or anonymized data.

How does the lab connect to your consulting services?

The lab feeds our consulting assignments and our TrustedGPT and AIPM solutions by contributing ideas, technical building blocks and feedback from AI-agent use cases deployed with our clients and partners.
